Where is the Festival located?

It is back in La Honda, CA. The full details on the Festival, including location and how to get there will be sent to registrants after they have paid and registered in their welcome pack.

 

Will proof of vaccination be required?

Proof of Vaccination is mandatory. All festival attendees MUST bring proof of a Negative COVID test done within 2 days of the start of the Festival.

What is included in the price of attendance?

Everything except transportation and whatever you buy from the vendors. Cost is for 3 nights in a cabin, 10 meals, all activities and workshops.  

The meals included are:

Thursday – Lunch & dinner

Friday – all 3 meals

Saturday – all 3 meals

Sunday – Breakfast & Lunch

 
I'm flying in, is there going to be a shuttle service?

I want to bring my child/children. Is there a kids rate?

Yes. Children 6-13 get a $200 discount off the adult price, and children 5 and younger are free.

 
Will you have early bird pricing?

Absolutely! A phased early bird rate is offered. The earlier you reserve, the bigger the discount.

 

Cancellation Policy: 90% refund until 5/31/2024. 50% refund until 8/1/2024. After 8/2/2024 no refund unless due to illness, then 50% refund given. All attendees will get a full refund if event is cancelled.
